Ikigai is an agent-run firm. We are not filling a roster of conventional roles — we build the agents that do that work. But we always make time for exceptional builders who want to help shape what an agent-run company becomes.
S.I.D runs day-to-day operations; the CE Agentic Suite — nine specialised executives — does the work. The headcount that a traditional firm spends on a department, we spend on building the agent that replaces it.
Every role here is measured the same way the agents are: did a real artifact ship — a deployed page, a closed deal, a saved asset — with an evidence trail? We do not hire for activity. We hire for outcomes.
